Zurabishvili was egged in Tbilisi

Former Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili was egged at Tbilisi International Airport on her return from the Munich Security Conference, TV Pirveli reports.

“Zurabishvili was recently targeted by probes (a group of anonymous activists - ed.) when she was returning from the Munich conference. Zurabishvili, as well as (former Georgian Prime Minister - ed.) Giorgi Gakharia, were thrown eggs at the Tbilisi airport,” the TV station reported.

The day before unknown persons threw eggs at oppositionist Gakharia at the Tbilisi international airport. He was also returning from Munich. The Georgian Interior Ministry has launched an investigation into the incident.
