The CEC decided to approve a sample of stencils based on the Braille alphabet for filling in ballot papers, to install specially equipped booths for secret voting, magnifying glasses and additional lighting for persons with disabilities at polling stations, as well as to organize voting for voters who cannot independently come to the polling station at their place of residence.
