Baku Initiative Group and People's Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe sign strategic cooperation memorandum

The Baku Initiative Group (BIG) and the People’s Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe have signed a memorandum on strategic cooperation on the sidelines of the international conference on "Colonialism: Erasure of Religious and National Identity" held in Baku.

The memorandum was signed by Jean Jacob Bicep, Secretary General of the People's Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe, and Abbas Abbasov, Executive Director of the Baku Initiative Group.
