Armenian ambassador presents the situation around the Yerevan-Baku peace process to US senator

Further development of bilateral relations and deepening of cooperation between Armenia and the United States is very important. This was stated at the meeting of Armenia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the U.S. Lilit Makunts with U.S. Senator Roger Wicker on November 14.

The interlocutors discussed the visit of the U.S. Helsinki Commission delegation headed by the senator to Armenia in July this year and recent regional developments, Armenian News-NEWS.am reported from the Armenian Embassy in the United States. In particular, Makunts presented the current situation around the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
