If the main provisions of the bilateral agenda are not discussed by the document on the normalization of relations, what will the signing of the agreement in some form give? Tigran Abrahamyan, an opposition MP, member of the Republican Party of Armenia, wrote this on his Facebook page.

He, in particular, noted:

"The agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan to exclude the issue of regional unblocking from the 'peace document' and to discuss it separately raises a lot of questions.

Initially, the "peace treaty" consisted of three main components - Artsakh issue, regional unblocking and delimitation/demarcation of borders.

Now the two key points have been dropped out, and the negotiations are basically conducted only around the delimitation of borders.

This is where the main question arises: if the main provisions of the bilateral agenda are not discussed by the document on normalization of relations, what will the signing of a treaty in some form bring?

That is, is it a question of getting an official document or are there other issues that are in the invisible part of the "iceberg?".
