Prime Minister's Chief of Staff Araik Harutyunyan does not disclose whether Armenia will participate in the COP-29 climate summit in Baku.

“The invitation has been received, but I can't say anything more at the moment,” he said at a briefing for journalists at the National Assembly.

Asked whether the return of the captives was a precondition, Harutyunyan said he did not want to talk about preconditions because, according to him, in any negotiations when preconditions are set, it is not good.
