Uzbekistan finalized negotiations with 18 countries on WTO accession

Uzbekistan has completed negotiations with 18 countries on accession to the WTO, of which protocols on completion of negotiations on market access have been signed with 14 countries. This was reported by the special representative of the President on WTO issues Azizbek Urunov.


Of the 18 countries, protocols on the completion of negotiations on market access have been signed with 14 countries (after the protocol is signed, the process is officially completed). Among these countries are Brazil and Sri Lanka.


The WTO public forum included signing ceremonies with the participation of Uzbekistan's Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Khodjaev, WTO Deputy Director General Xiangcheng Zhang and former Deputy Director General Alan Wolf.
