US expresses readiness to work with Baku and Yerevan in any format

The United States is ready to work with Baku and Yerevan in any format the sides prefer to reach an agreement, the U.S. State Department's press office told the Voice of America Armenian Service.

“The United States Government supports the efforts of Armenia and Azerbaijan to reach a lasting and dignified peace agreement that is essential to the security and prosperity of the South Caucasus. We stand ready to work with both sides in any format in which both sides can agree on where they can make progress,” the State Department noted.
