Turkiye-Azerbaijan University to partner with Kastamonu University

The rector of Turkiye-Azerbaijan University, Vilayat Valiyev, met with the rector of Kastamonu University, Ahmet Hamdi Topal, during his trip to Turkiye.

The meeting focused on fostering and expanding scientific and research cooperation between the two institutions. The rectors also discussed opportunities for joint projects and academic initiatives.

As a result of the discussions, a cooperation protocol was signed between Turkiye-Azerbaijan University and Kastamonu University. The agreement includes provisions for student and faculty exchange programs, as well as the organization of cultural events.

Both university leaders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening educational ties between Azerbaijan and Turkiye.

Rector Ahmet Hamdi Topal emphasized that collaboration in higher education is a top priority for Turkiye-Azerbaijan relations, rooted in the principle of "One Nation, Two States."

Rector Vilayat Valiyev highlighted the enduring friendship and close ties between the two brotherly nations.
