The President of Armenia had a brief talk with Emmanuel Macron

Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturian, who traveled to Rome to attend the funeral of Pope Francis I, held a brief conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron.

The footage published by the Presidential Press Service shows the heads of both countries shaking hands and holding a brief conversation.

It should be noted that Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II and Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia Aram I also represented the Armenian side at the Pope's funeral.
