Pashinyan officially invited to Victory Day events in Moscow

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has received an official invitation to Victory Day events in Moscow, Russian Ambassador to Yerevan Sergey Kopyrkin told RIA Novosti.
“I would like to note that in a few months all Russians together with the peoples of the former Soviet Union will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has received an official invitation to take part in the solemn events in Moscow,” the Ambassador said.
He considers it valuable that Russia and Armenia are still united and united by respect for the memory of the feat of arms of the peoples of the Soviet Union.
In the conditions of growing attacks on our common Victory, it is especially important, Kopyrkin noted.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin invited the leaders and military formations of the CSTO member countries to Moscow for solemn events in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
