Azerbaijani authorities prolong arrest of captured Nagorno-Karabakh leaders

Azerbaijani authorities have extended the arrest of captured leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh.

According to APA, the arrest of former Presidents Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Araik Harutyunyan, former Foreign Minister David Babayan, as well as Parliament Speaker David Ishkhanyan, General David Manukyan “and others” has been extended. The names of former State Minister Ruben Vardanyan and former Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan are not mentioned.

According to the Azerbaijani publication, a total of 14 representatives of the NKR authorities “have been brought to responsibility under various articles of the Criminal Code”.
